Furthermore where we find Water Vapor (WV) in the atmosphere depends on the energy and the temp.
Freezing temps are expected around 4-5Km into space. This diagram however indicates that the actual measured WV at the equator is much higher at higher atltidudes than that. It depends more on the energy being acquired and then released.
The trend on WV is an upward one over time.
NEXT: This can lead us to speculate on a new layer model. This model takes into consideration the chaos of the energy of WV and how it is released. Something that other models seem to view as static.
