The basics of AGW requires that the radiation amnount be large, and that requires taking the radiation surface as a black body. However that is simply not the case.
The window to outer space is shown and using NASA numbers, allows for a good precentage of the energy hitting the earth's surface to escapte to outer space. If one uses the NASA numbers then this number is close to 30%, while the amount that CO2 could capture is less than 10%.
