The influence of water vapor is greatly underestimated. In breaking down the bar chart below, we can see that the wetter areas have a lower max and min temperature difference than the dryer. This data was taken in 15 cities in the lower NH.
Does this mean that Water Vapor has a cooling effect? And if so what is the role of IRGs in setting climate? And clearly if CO2 increases the amount of WV in the atmosphere as AGW but does not prove, then how it can further heat the earth's surface? Many questions not answered by the AGW theories currently present.
