Another error estimate in the IPCC climate models is below. Taking an analytical approach to the variability in the radiative forcing, we can see that this estimate is about 20W/m2, or nearly 6 times that which CO2 is estimated to provide with a dounbling of CO2. If our estimates of the increase in radiative forcing with 2x CO2 of less than 1W/m2 this gets even worse.
