Taking an estimate of the error by estimating the size of the error in determining the clouds, which in turn impacts greatly the energy that makes it to the earth's surface. Dr. Frank at Stanford (not in their climate department) has raised the question, with the size of error that he sees as possible, can one rely on any estimate of climate?
