The IPCC org says a lot about the intent. As one can see the breakdown in working groups, the technical working group, Group 1, if but a small part of the overall organization. Thei ntent here organizationally is to show the crisis effects of CO2 and the high cost of CO2 in sociel terms. Athough we will not delve deeper into these socail costs, they are argued elsewehere to be not rational in their approach and incorrect in their conclusions.
