Many datasets are collected with different approaches and even meansurement locations. The differences between them are large, and even larger than the anomaly readings. Notice the vertical scale and the delta between them.
GISS, HadCRUT, NCDC are land and station based measurements, while RSS and UAH are satellite measurements.
In inspecting the graph below it is obvious that there is not a strong correlation. Some peaks line up but not the general data. All but the UAH dataset are under the control of organizations like NASA and NOAA that are AGW promoters.
