Bjorn who believes in the experts, the validity of IPCC and their findings.

Smart ways to deal with the conditions that the GCM models predict, Bjorn diverges from the AGW mantra.   His policy analysis is indicative of the thoughts process that one could take if one takes the AGW conditions and asks serious questions about what to do.   It is not alarmist, but becomes closer to the skeptics' position of using economic growth to the advantage of dealing with any impact of a few degrees C.

His position is better detailed in his book:  Cool It.
