Have several paths to learn and question.  Content for many different purposes and audiences using several different voices.

The time is now.  Outspending and out resourcing is out of the window.   Need to take advantage of our advantages:  science and scientific method, willingness to debate and examine

Use a teaching method not a political or marketing approach.

Rally those who have answers and those who have questions, both unexpressed.  This movement can provide a focus and a management way to become active.

Why would a distributed work structure work, and is there any other option?

Collaboration is powerful and a key to being able to generate enough content.   Skeptics can be drawn to it.  Look at the comments at WUWT to see the energy.

Self-organizing discussion groups can play with generating how to present and even what video content, etc.

Then they can see this come to life.  Motivation to participate could be quite large.

How can one insure that the content is good and the voice appropriate?

Speak with several voices in the right location (website) – may require some training and examples, certainly will require editing.

Can have process for raising objections to editing decisions.

Short pages with lots of references, can make it doable.

                Opinions so indicated as such.

Define terms well, walk through material not broad strokes.  Big arguments broken into separate ideas even pages.

Is not dependent on large funding or expenses, therefore can ramp quickly.

Can we learn to present science consistently but in simple terms?  How do we learn?

Involve online focus groups with questions aimed at how to make the message better.

Seek survey results that drive better understanding.   That and viewer data can drive plans.

                Use multidiscipline folks where possible.

What role do videos play and how can they be generated?

Several sources and intents.   We are not bound by our own resources but will ask other orgs to add their ideas.

Well-scrubbed outlines and content before the video making process is underway

Use in a wide range of flows, intent.

Is the intent to cover all climate topics?  And how can it be seen by all as relevant, understandable, and correct?

Have to select the top ones, might be 10-20 depending on how the resources come to life.

What is the mgmt structure to allow and enable this to work?

Have administrators a few and a flat structure.

Ideally would have topical experts who could give some broad ideas and sources to pull from.

Are not a closed structure, meaning not a brick and mortar thinktank.   A self-defining system will be sponsored.

What is the basis for the web content?

Lead with questions and see what ideas pop

Follow a good outline and partition between sites.    Place for everyone’s voice.

Distributed content generation approach will be like Wikipedia but with more controls.
