Prof Salby makes a strong case that the level of ACO2 is a good deal less than the total CO2 in the atmosphere.
Around the year 2000 the emissions from fossil fuels increased by 3x. This was not seen in the total CO2 increase.
Even the IPCC total carbon cycle shows this low level of ACO2. So why the discrepancy?
